American Terence Crawford is widely regarded as one of, if not the, best pound-for-pound fighters on the planet and he puts his WBO world welterweight title up for the fourth time as he faces the talented and experienced Kell Brook.

The pair duel in The Bubble at the MGM Grand Las Vegas in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Crawford vs Brook Betting Odds

Crawford boasts an unblemished professional record after 36 fights and his slick style makes it no surprise he is priced up at 1/14 to successfully defend his title.

Challenger Brook is the former IBF champion at 147lbs and crosses the Atlantic as the 8/1 underdog, with the draw priced up at 25/1.

The vastly experienced Sheffield-born Brook has competed in some huge fights in recent years, with only two losses on his CV since turning pro back in 2004.

The 34-year-old is on a run of three consecutive wins and attempting to rebuild his career following two high-profile defeats to Gennadiy Golovkin and Errol Spence Jr, both of which were via stoppages due to damage to he eye sockets.

Crawford is an awkward opponent capable of switching between orthodox and southpaw.

This is only his second fight since destroying Amir Khan back in April 2019, when he had Khan down in the first before winning every round and gaining the stoppage in the sixth via a technical knockout.

Brook drops down to welterweight for the first time since his loss to Errol Spence back in 2017 and is a fighter who has traditionally struggled with cutting weight.

At his very best, 'The Special One' is a match for anyone. He is heavy handed and has the ability to dictate the pace behind his jab.

But there are questions to answer here for Brook who has been working without regular trainer Dominic Ingle.

For so long he has chased the Khan fight and other big bouts and now in the twilight of his career, another big defeat could usher him towards retirement.

Crawford vs Brook Prediction

Total Rounds - Under 6/5 rounds - BET NOW

It has been four years since Crawford had to wait for the scorecards to be read out before his arm could be raised by the referee.

He is a powerful and slick fighter strongly fancied to hurt Brook early on and gain his 28th win via stoppage in the first half of this bout. The best way of taking advantage is to back under 6.5 rounds at a juicy price.

Crawford represents an enormous jump up in class from the opposition Brook has faced in recent years and it's tough to make a case for the Brit here, with his opponent's versatility and intelligence set to cause him big problems.

Brooked jumped up to middleweight four years ago to fight Golovkin and the brutal punishment he endured during both that contest and the loss that followed to Spence may have left their mark.

Once Crawford begins to let his hands go, he can show his class and big power and get to Brook early on, who may not still have the same heart for the fight.
