A grudge match is on Tuesday's agenda as Bradford City makes the long trip south to Exeter City in a rearranged FA Cup first round replay.

The pair drew their original tie 1-1 but that rematch descended into farce, as after winning 3-0 in front of their fans, it was discovered that the Grecians had used six substitutes.

As a result, it could be a red hot atmosphere at St James Park, with the winner going on to face League One Cambridge United on Saturday.

Exeter are the 13/10 favourites and are sure to be confident having dominated the original replay.

Matt Jay's brace looked to have set them on their way before the admin error raised its head and Bradford's response to the game being rescheduled wasn't exactly enthusiastic.

While Exeter's form has dropped off, losing at Colchester and drawing with Rochdale, they still sit nine points and as many places above their rivals in League Two.

The Bantams, who have drawn six of their last seven games in all competitions, are 11/5 to win, while another draw in 90 minutes is 12/5.

Scott Brown is expected to start in goal for the hosts, with Cameron Dawson still out, while boss Matt Taylor, who spent a season playing for Bradford, is expected to stick with his favoured 3-4-3  formation.

Jay, Sam Nombe and Jevani Brown are likely to form a front three, with Padraig Amond on the bench.

For Bradford, Charles Vernam and Caolan Lavery are expected to miss out after being sidelined for Saturday's 1-1 at Scunthorpe and Derek Adams may look to move Yann Songo'o back into defence to match up with Exeter's formation.

Not counting the Grecians' 3-0 win earlier this month, these two have drawn their last two competitive outings, also tying 0-0 in August.

That result was a far cry from last term's meetings when they shared nine goals, drawing 2-2 in West Yorkshire before Exeter won 3-2 on their own patch.

In fact, Bradford have beaten the Devonians just once since September 2008, with their last away win a 1-0 victory at St James in April 1993.

Exeter to Win - BET NOW

Recent form, predominantly Bradford's, suggests this is a real chance for Exeter to reach the second round for the third season in a row.

While their form has dropped off, they were a class above in that expunged game and also taking into account the Bantams' recent struggles; this looks the Grecians' tie for the taking.

After having two goals rubbed off his record due to the admin mentioned above error, Matt Jay will be desperate to make up for that lost chance.

The 25-year-old is enjoying a fine season, netting 11 times already across all competitions.

Jay's last strike came against Oldham on November 13 and he will fancy himself against a defence that hasn't kept a clean sheet since October 2.
