Remind me next time

It’s FA Cup quarter final time this weekend with eight sides battling it out for a place in the last four as they look to keep alive their hopes of reaching May’s final at Wembley. There are still three Football League sides in the competition with League One’sSheffield United still going strong while Wigan and Charlton are representing the Championship. We still have some big guns left in the competition with Arsenal and Man City looking to reach the last four by winning home matches this weekend…

Tom Powell has picked out his best bets from all four matches…

Arsenal v Everton (Sat, 12:45, ITV1)

Arsenal to win @ 1.86 – BET NOW

Arsenal have won 76% of their domestic home fixtures this campaign so look good value to see off Everton at a best price 1.86 on the exchanges. Like Arsenal, Everton had a host of players on international duty so there’s no suggestion the visitors will be fresher and in fact I fancy Roberto Martinez to make a few changes to his side so back the hosts.

Sheff Utd v Charlton (Sun, 12:00, BT Sport 1)

Charlton to qualify @ 26/25 – BET NOW

Despite Sheffield United’s superb cup run I think they are too short at 13/10 to see off a side in the league above them. The fact the bookmakers expect them to win won’t help them and Charlton have a great chance of reaching the last four. Charlton have won two of their last three and backing them to qualify means they can take it to a replay back at the Valley where you’d expect them to see the Blades off.

Hull v Sunderland (Sun, 14:00, ITV1)

Hull to win @ 6/5 – BET NOW

Hull have been hit and miss at home this season but I think they have more than enough about them to advance to the last four at Sunderland’s expense. The visitors will still be hurting after their Capital One Cup final loss last weekend and have lost eight of their 15 away matches this term including three of their last four away from the Stadium of Light.

Man City v Wigan (Sun, 16:05, BT Sport 1)

Edin Dzeko Anytime Scorer @ 21/20 – BET NOW

Every firm bar one are offering odds on prices on Dzeko netting against Wigan on Sunday afternoon so 21/20 is worth snapping up. The Bosnian has netted 18 times this term with 10 of those goals coming in cup competitions which includes a goal in the 5-0 Capital One Cup win over Wigan back in September.
