Leicester went some way to securing promotion last week by picking up four points against their promotion rivals Burnley and Wigan. Ross Casey thinks that has earned them the right to go into this Friday night clash without pressure and expects them to come out comfortable winners…

Ross’ recommended tip:

Leicester -1 handicap @ 7/5 – BET NOW

Leicester proved their credentials against injury hampered Burnley on Saturday and followed up by securing a point late on at resurgent Wigan in midweek. They are now unbeaten in their last 20 Championship games and look nailed on certainties for Premier League football for the first time in ten seasons.

They can now go into this fixture without pressure as they are 16 points clear of third place with 21 points to play for. That means they can enjoy their football and with confidence oozing through them from their unbeaten run, Sheffield Wednesday could face a tough Friday night in the east Midlands.

The Foxes have covered the handicap seven times in their last 12 matches at the King Power Stadium and the Owls do not travel well. They have won just three times away from Hillsborough in the Championship this season – and have just lost three away games on the bounce.

Back Championship leaders Leicester to cover a minus one handicap at 7/5.

Championship Preview

For a long time Sheffield Wednesday looked doomed to League One, but after Stuart Gray came in as manager they are now firmly in mid-table and look certain to be playing Championship football again next term.

Leicester are an incredibly short 1/33 to lift the Championship after their win over Burnley. The Foxes look certain to be hosting Premier League football next season.
