First up is a clash between teams in contrasting form as Rennes make the long trip from Brittany down to the sunnier climbs of the Mediterranean to take on Montpellier.

Three points separate the sides and La Paillade come into this game on the back of four games unbeaten in all competitions.

The board's patience in Michel Der Zakarian seems to be paying off, the 57-year-old shaking off rumours of the sack following a run of nine Ligue 1 outings without a victory and they could be set to mount a run for Europe.

Rennes are also in that mix but head to the Stade de la Mosson on the back of five games without a win in all competitions but have avoided defeat in their last nine against Sunday's opponents, grabbing a 2-1 win back in August.

That said, Julien Stephan's men were miserable in last Sunday's 2-0 defeat to Saint-Etienne. In contrast, Montpellier were brilliant in beating title-chasing Lyon 2-1 last time out and there is no reason why they cannot back it up again.

Augsburg vs Bayer Leverkusen Betting Tips

Any team managed by Peter Bosz is always going to be enjoyable to watch and when that side happens to be Bayer Leverkusen, it is hard not to get excited.

Sunday sees them head to struggling Augsburg, a team with six defeats from their last seven outings and who find themselves flirting with the bottom three.

They have also failed to win any of their last 17 against Bayer and the away win looks a comfortable play, but there could easily be more.

Bosz's side can be flaky on the road, losing their last three away from home in the league, while they were the 4-3 losers at Swiss side Young Boys on Thursday.

While some clubs struggle when playing after featuring Europa League, Die Werkself were unbeaten in their six games immediately after their pool outings and shouldn't be troubled here.

That said, they haven't kept a clean sheet in their last 12 in all competitions and may have to win the hard way here.

Benevento vs Roma Betting Tips

Finally, to Italy and while much of the attention heading into Sunday will understandably be on the Derby della Madonnina, our last pick is from the final match of the night.

In-form Roma are the selection away at a Benevento side who, despite sitting 15th, can afford to breathe easy as they are nine points clear of the relegation zone.

However, Gli Stregoni have taken just three points from the last 18 and have won just twice at home all season.

Roma triumphed 5-2 in the pair's October meeting at the Stadio Olimpico, making it a perfect three wins from three competitive meetings.

Paulo Fonseca's men were easy 2-0 winners at Sporting Braga on Thursday, backing up their previous clean sheet from the last Sunday's 3-0 win over Udinese.

I Giallorossi have developed nicely since finishing fifth last term and will see this game as a chance to take a step towards securing a Champions League spot.
