West Brom vs Newcastle Betting Tips
(Sunday, 12:00)
West Brom to Win - BET NOW
First up at noon, The Hawthorns plays host to a relegation battle as 19th-place West Brom host Newcastle, two places but nine points ahead of them.
The Baggies lost 1-0 to Everton on Thursday but had their moments and Sam Allardyce will have taken confidence. However, there's no escaping the fact his team are well in the relegation mire and may well be bottom come kick-off.
Allardyce always has extra motivation to beat the Magpies having struggled during his brief tenure at St James' Park and will remind his side that before Everton, they beat Brighton 1-0 in their previous home outing.
Opponents Newcastle have won only one of their last five in all competitions and are engulfed by injuries. Callum Wilson, Miguel Almiron and Allan Saint-Maximin are all on the sidelines, leaving them bereft of attacking quality.
There are also reports of unrest within the camp, with a training ground row between Steve Bruce and Matt Ritchie making the papers, and the Baggies can take advantage.
Sampdoria vs Cagliari Betting Tips
(Sunday, 17:00)
Sampdoria to Win - BET NOW
Over in Italy, Sampdoria will aim to continue their recent recovery when Cagliari come to town.
I Blucerchiati may have lost two of their last three but its worth qualifying that those defeats came against Lazio and Atalanta. After a shaky first half of the campaign, Claudio Ranieri's men have specialised in picking up points against those in and around them.
Wednesday saw them draw the Derby della Lanterna with Genoa 1-1 and they have won four of their last seven at home, with that trio of reverses coming against teams above them.
Meanwhile, Cagliari sit a point above the bottom three but have won their last two, keeping clean sheets in both.
New boss Leonardo Semplici has clearly had an impact but their recent away triumph at bottom club Crotone was only their second victory on the road all term; the other coming in October at 18th-place Torino.
Although Gli Isolani won November's reverse fixture 2-0, Samp ran out the 3-0 winners in last year's renewal at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris and with the Sardinians having not triumphed away at Sunday's opponents since 2012, the home win makes sense.
Arminia Bielefeld vs Union Berlin Betting Tips
(Sunday, 17:00)
Union Berlin to Win - BET NOW
Finally to the Bundesliga as Union Berlin head to relegation-threatened Arminia Bielefeld, aiming to boost their European hopes.
Sat seventh at the time of writing, Urs Fischer's men continue to surprise perhaps even themselves. While city rivals Hertha have splashed the cash to little success, Die Eisernen have gone about their business smartly, losing just one of their last five.
Their last away outing saw them snap a three-game losing streak on the road with a 1-0 win at Freiburg and they will expect more of the same against a Bielefeld side who looked safe in January but have dropped into the bottom three.
Strangely, the sole point they've picked up from the last 15 available came away at Bayern Munich and they clearly lack confidence.
Union ran out the 5-0 winners when these two met back in November and with little to suggest that the gulf in class between the pair has closed in the meantime, an away win beckons.
