Wednesday Football Accumulator Prediction

Hearts vs Rangers

singleSelection

Rangers are on a six-game winning streak against Hearts in all competitions. The Blues went to Tynecastle and picked up a 4-0 win versus Hearts in October. Rangers then won versus Hearts in November at Ibrox by a score of 1-0.

Rangers won seven of their last eight games in the Premiership. They are on a good run of form in the league. In addition, five of their last six games against Hearts in all competitions saw them keep clean sheets.

Despite Rangers’ dominance over Hearts, the Edinburgh team is the best of the rest in the Premiership. Hearts are third in the division and unbeaten in six straight games in the league. Hearts took 14 points from the last 18 points on offer. Only Celtic and Rangers took more points from the last six games (16).

Our betting tips prediction is a double chance Hearts win or Rangers win. This will give you some insurance on your selection.

Celtic vs Livingston

singleSelection

Celtic lead the Premiership by nine points over Rangers ahead of Wednesday’s match against Livingston. The Hoops took 16 points from the last six games and are on a three-match winning streak.

Celtic have already won twice this season against Livingston in the league. The Hoops picked up a 3-0 win away at Livingston before winning 2-1 at Celtic Park in December.

The Hoops are unbeaten in 33 of their last 35 games in all competitions against Livingston. Celtic are a perfect 33 points from 33 points this season at Celtic Park. They should post another win over Livingston and take another step toward the Premiership title.

Livingston have lost five of 11 games away from home this season. They are –6 in goal difference with 20 goals allowed and 14 scored on their travels. Celtic have the Premiership’s best possession stats and keep the ball 65.8% of matches. The Hoops should starve Livingston of the ball.

Sporting CP vs Braga

singleSelection

Portugal Primeira will present a top-four match on Wednesday between second-place Braga and fourth-place Sporting CP. Braga have surprised plenty of onlookers this season and go into the midweek fixture seven points off league leaders Benfica.

Sporting CP are 15 points off Benfica and are battling for Champions League qualification for next season. The Lions will hope their form against Benfica continues on Wednesday night. Sporting are unbeaten in five of their last six games versus Braga, with four wins and one draw.

Wednesday’s game will be the third between the sides this season. In August, the teams drew 3-3 in the Primeira and in December, Sporting smashed Braga 5-0 in the League Cup. Sporting reached the final of the League Cup but lost last weekend 2-0 to FC Porto.

Four of the last five games between Sporting and Braga saw both teams score goals. Three of Sporting CP’s last five games in the Primeira ended with both teams scoring, including each of their last two. Braga saw both teams score in two of their last five matches. Our betting tips prediction is for both teams to find the back of the net.

Montpellier vs Paris Saint-Germain

singleSelection

Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain have suddenly hit a bumpy patch domestically. The Parisians are winless in three of their last four games and only three points above second-place Lens.

A week ago, Paris led Reims 1-0 late in the game only to concede a sloppy goal and drop two points. Luckily for Paris Saint-Germain, Lens also dropped points. On Wednesday, Paris will visit Montpellier, as they seek to extend a good run of form against the home side. Paris Saint-Germain are unbeaten in six of their last seven games versus Montpellier.

Paris Saint-Germain took 10 points from the last six matches in Ligue 1. They outscored their last six opponents 11-6. Montpellier picked up just seven points from the last six games in the league. They were outscored 12-7 across those six matches.

Despite Paris’s poor results in recent weeks, they should continue their good head-to-head results versus Montpellier. Our betting tips prediction is for PSG to win.

Lens vs Nice

singleSelection

Lens missed a big opportunity at the weekend to move within one point of PSG. However, a 1-1 draw at Troyes prevented them from closing the gap. Recent draws have damaged Lens’ hopes of winning Ligue 1. They would be top of the table had they not drawn three of their last five games in Ligue 1.

Nice go into midweek in 10th place and on a nice run of form. The Eagles are unbeaten in three straight games with seven points from nine possible. Lens are unbeaten in back-to-back league games versus Nice. In December, the teams drew nil-nil in Nice.

The Eagles are unbeaten in five of their last six games versus Lens. If Lens want to stay in the Ligue 1 title fight, they need to get a result versus Nice, preferably a win. However, a win against Nice won’t be easy for Lens based on their historical results.

Lens have the best home record in Ligue 1, as they took 30 points from 30 points possible. Nice are winless in their last three road games, with two points from nine on offer. Our betting tips prediction is for a double chance Lens win or draw.
