Defending champion Dustin Johnson will have Lee Westwood for company over the first two rounds of the 2021 Masters, while there are several intriguing 3 balls announced for the Augusta National spectacle.

DJ and Westwood, who will be making his 20th Georgia appearance this week, will be playing alongside US Amateur champion Tyler Strafaci, who gained his invitation to the first Major of the season by winning the event at Bandon Dunes.

Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy, who is chasing the career Grand Slam once again this week, has been grouped with American Xander Schauffele and Spaniard Jon Rahm, while another 3 Ball will see Justin Thomas play with compatriot Tony Finau and South African Louis Oosthuizen.

Following the announcements of the 3 Balls, we have picked out some betting tips for Thursday's opening round, which gets underway at 13:00 BST.

The Masters 3 Ball Prediction

Bernhard Langer/Will Zalatoris/Joe Long (A) - 13:48 BST

Langer to win 3 Ball - BET NOW

Experience can count for so much when it comes to the Masters and Bernhard Langer has that in spades, having won this tournament in 1985 and 1993 while recording a further seven top-10 finishes.

Although 63 years of age, the German still manages to get himself around Augusta and he has made the cut the last three years, proving that age is just a number.

Will Zalatoris is an up-and-coming talent on the PGA Tour, but this will be his Masters debut and Thursday's round could be a baptism of fire, while amateur Joe Long is also making his debut and is without his first-choice caddie who had to pull out after returning a positive coronavirus test.

Jason Day/Matthew Wolff/Cameron Champ - 14:36 BST

Day to win 3 Ball - BET NOW

American Wolff enjoyed a great 2020, finishing tied-fourth at the US PGA Championship and second at the US Open, but he has struggled with injury in 2021 and is yet to rediscover last year's form.

The 21-year-old missed the cut on his Masters debut last year and with conditions set to be much tougher than the November edition, he looks like one to avoid this week.

Cameron Champ is another player that has struggled to kick on in 2021, missing five cuts this year and failing to record a top-30 finish, and that is why preference in this 3 Ball goes to Jason Day.

The Australian knows the venue well, having recorded three top-five results and a top 10, and his tied-seventh at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am earlier this year suggested he is starting to get back to his best.

Zach Johnson/Kevin Na/Gary Woodland - 17:36 BST

Woodland to win 3 Ball - BET NOW

Zach Johnson is a former Masters winner, having claimed the spoils in 2007, but he appears to have been on the decline in recent years and has had just one top-10 finish at Augusta since winning the Green Jacket.

Kevin Na's game has never really suited Augusta and in his nine previous appearances, he has failed to record a top-10 result and has missed the cut three times.

This is why preference goes to Gary Woodland to come out on top in this 3 Ball, with the 2019 US Open champion arriving in Georgia off the back of a tied-sixth finish at last week's Valero Texas Open.

The 36-year-old doesn't have a great Masters CV, but that showing last week should give him a much-needed confidence boost and he could challenge for overall glory.

The Masters 3 Ball Betting Tips

1. Bernhard Langer/Will Zalatoris/Joe Long (A) - Langer to win - BET NOW
2. Jason Day/Matthew Wolff/Cameron Champ - Day to win - BET NOW
3. Zach Johnson/Kevin Na/Gary Woodland - Woodland to win - BET NOW
