Who is the Favourite?

The 2022 Bronze Cup will feature at least one former winner in the running. Music Society won the 2019 edition of the race. The horse not only won, but claimed one of the top-three fastest times. Music Society sprinted the six-furlong race in 1:10:47.

The prices have not been released for the race. Picking a favourite out of the prices isn’t possible at the moment. However, Music Society is a former winner. The horse is fast and could once again post a victory in the Bronze Cup.

According to reports, Music Society is expected the be forecast as the favourite at 12/1. Thin Blue Line is another top competitor. However, Thin Blue Line hasn’t won in 10 straight starts.

Ayr Bronze Cup Tips and Prediction

Music Society is likely to be the favourite on the day. The former Bronze Cup winner’s last win was in June in The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Handicap. Music Society ran six races following the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Their best finish was in the Quintessential Theakston Best Handicap in August. Music Society finished second.

Bookies are expected to offer Music Society at the price of 12/1. Although Music Society is likely to be the favourite, the odds won’t make the horse an automatic to win the race.

Thin Blue Line, Mattice, and Grantley Hall are all expected to come in at odds of 14/1. All three horse could give Music Society a run for their money.

Music Society won the 2019 edition of the race with one of the top-three all-time best race times. The horse is proven at Ayr Racecourse. If bookies offer Music Society at favourite odds of 12/1, it is a good price to snatch up.

A £100 each-way bet on Music Society would return £300 for placing. You would receive a £100 profit. A winning each-way bet would return £1,600 for a profit of £1,400.
