We have three outside tips for the third day of the Cheltenham Festival.
Pravalaguna win and each-way @ 18/1 – BET NOW
Trainer Willie Mullins has already saddled a couple of winners this week and his mare Pravalaguna holds decent each-way claims at a big price in the JLT Novices Chase that opens day three of the Festival.
The daughter of Great Pretender has won her last two starts over fences, most recently by 14L in a Listed mares contest over 2m on good-to-yielding going at Naas last month.
While this represents a marked step up in grade for the seven-year-old she was impressive at Naas and is a well-bred individual being a half-sister to high class chaser Petit Mouchoir. Another mare, Shattered Love, took this race for Ireland 12 months ago and Pravalaguna looks worth an each-way bet to cause a shock with the useful David Mullins taking the ride on this occasion.

Balko Des Flos win and each-way @ 16/1 - BET NOW
Henry De Bromhead got off the mark at this meeting through A Plus Tard in the novices’ handicap chase on Tuesday and in Balko Des Flos he saddles a gelding who has won at this fixture in the past having taken the Ryanair Chase in 2018.
The selection goes for back-to-back victories in the aforementioned event and while he has yet to reproduce the form he showed that day in four subsequent starts, he showed that he is still up to this level when finishing 4L third in a 2m4f Grade 1 at Punchestown (yielding) in December.
The Gigginstown House Stud-owned gelding was returning from a break when winning here 12 months ago and with that in mind it’s notable that he hasn’t been seen in action since finishing a disappointing 27L ninth to Kemboy in a Grade 1 3m chase at Leopardstown (good) in December.
The softer ground forecast here is in his favour and while he has run well over 3m in the past, his best form came when winning here last year and at around the 16/1 mark he looks worth backing each-way in his bid for a repeat success.

Didero Vallis win and each-way @ 25/1 - BET NOW
Venetia Williams has won this race three times in the past with her three winners returning at odds of 12/1, 33/1 and 50/1. Her representative this time around Didero Vallis looks capable of outrunning his big odds in the 2019 renewal of this event.
The selection completed a double over around this extended 2m4f distance when winning on soft ground at Haydock in December while he appeared to struggle with the distance when weakening in a 3m Grade 3 handicap chase at Kempton (good) last time out.
The son of Poliglote is making just his fifth start since joining this yard from Willie Mullins and racing off a mark 5lb higher than for his latest success, while also receiving weight from all of his rivals, he looks capable of providing jockey Charlie Deutsch with a victory in this 24 runner event.
