DISCLAIMER: ODDS AND ARTICLE UPDATED 15/10/2020, 18:00.
There's a busy prelude to the weekend on Friday with seven race meetings scheduled across Britain and Ireland.
Uttoxeter (12.20-15.53) gets things underway with the opening jumps meeting alongside a National Hunt card at Fakenham (13.00-16.10). Afternoon Flat racing comes from Haydock (12.40-15.48), Redcar (13.30-17.05) and the Curragh (12.55-16.00) before the Friday Night Lights go on at Newcastle (16.25-20.30) and Dundalk (16.45-20.15) for their all-weather meetings.
Friday's Horse Racing Prediction
We have a trio of fancies from across the cards, starting with a selection from the meeting on Merseyside.
13:45 Haydock Betting Tips
Lincoln Park to win and each-way - BET NOW
It's worth taking a chance on Lincoln Park finding his best form on his first run for Tom Dascombe at Haydock. The Kyllachy gelding was a 2018 winner on heavy ground at this venue and is set to get similar conditions on Friday. He has typically run well at this track and it shouldn't come as any shock to find him doing so now for Dascombe and Richard Kingscote, a proven successful alliance at Haydock Park.
Lincoln Park starts life for his connections having eased 2lb below his previous win-mark from May 2019 and there have been clear signs this year - particularly on softer going - that he can make his front-running tactics pay dividends again soon.
If the change of scenery has perked him up slightly, the four-year-old is on a workable mark and has track and conditions firmly in his favour this afternoon.

Young Wolf to win and each-way - BET NOW
The Jonjo O'Neill team will be hoping there's more to come from Young Wolf in this Novices' Chase over three-miles as he bids to make it three-from-four over fences.
He won at Uttoxeter in July before finding only one too strong at Stratford early last month. His most recent success at Warwick (3m1½f, good) was his best thus far. Having pushed on for home a fair way out, it looked as though Jonjo O'Neill Jr would have to settle for second-best again as Vivas came to challenge strongly at the fourth last jumping test.
Young Wolf, conceding the best part of a stone, stayed with him over the remaining obstacles and showed real determination on the flat to ultimately win, going away by just over a length.
It's a similar take this afternoon in terms of conceding weight to these three rivals but, allowing for that, they'll do well to break his resolve. The trio in opposition are all jumping fences for the first time and they are running into an improving staying chaser that should serve it right up to them.

My Laureate to win and each-way - BET NOW
The 104-rated Urban Beat has proved a steady and solid performer on turf this season for Johnny Murtagh and also boasted a good C&D run off a mark of 101 last winter here at Dundalk but he couldn't lay a blow on the impressive filly My Laureate over C&D a fortnight ago.
Colin Keane made the running on Ger Lyons' filly on what was her first start on this Polytrack surface and she led her rivals a merry dance before quickening up for a ready four-length success.
She has a good low draw from which to adopt a prominent position again her and the four-year-old could be very tough to catch in her bid to win this Group 3 sprint.
