There's more Monday evening racing from Windsor to launch a new week, with an eight-race card from 16.40 through until 20.15.

Monday's Windsor Predictions.

Andrew Balding and Oisin Murphy have strong claims early on the card and they feature among three selections.

Quickstep Lady to win and each-way - BET NOW

This filly by Australia finds a pleasing opportunity to get on the scoresheet in what will be her fifth start. She had two runs last year as a juvenile but has made more of an impression since returning in June.

She was third behind the 106-rated Stylistique on a Fillies' Novice Stakes at Newbury (7f, good) on comeback and then just a half-length down in third when improving on that effort in novice company at Yarmouth on quicker ground.

That race has already thrown up a trio of next-time-out winners and it represents easily the standout form coming in here.

Andrew Balding's string have been running well without getting the winners to back that form up; but this looks an ideal place for the yard to fire a welcome winner under the steer of the champion jockey.

Typhoon Ten to win and each-way - BET NOW

There's an open look to this sprint handicap and a decent chance that Typhoon Ten can improve on what amounted to a pleasing return to action at Newmarket last month in this grade.

The soft ground that day wouldn't have been seen as a positive for him and therefore it was pleasing that he finished less than three-lengths off the winner, having hit the front inside the final two-furlongs.

He also shaped as though the run would bring him forward fitness-wise after what his first start in 155 days.

He's been eased 1lb in the ratings now and gets a quicker surface to race on. The Richard Hannon horses tend to come on for their reappearance efforts and Sean Levey's mount may have more poke in the finish this time, which would see him giving C&D winners Arcanada and Second Collection plenty to worry about.

Special Secret to win and each-way - BET NOW

Taawfan scored over C&D in novice company last time out and needs respecting switching into handicaps as such. That race isn't working out strongly, however, and the Night Of Thunder filly had things her own way throughout.

Alibaba was a C&D winner a week previous to that effort, producing a career-best from the front. He's up 6lb for the win but can go well again. If they both seek to repeat last time out tactics, it could be a duel for the lead and set this up for something coming from off the pace.

That could be Special Secret on second star for Charlie Hills. The Kodiac filly ran well here last summer over 6f when trained by Eve Johnston-Houghton and shaped well enough on the Polytrack last month after 289 days on first run for this yard tackling 7f.

She was hampered early doors but made decent ground in the straight before tiring. She'll be sharper here and this trip is within her compass. She may arrive with a good challenge late on.
