It is the final afternoon of Royal Ascot on Saturday and all eyes will be fixed firmly on Harry Angel, who is looking to quell talk of an Ascot hoodoo in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes.

Jungle Inthebungle to Win and Each Way @ 14/1 - BET NOW

Mick Channon's bunch of juveniles are having a jolly time of it this season, with the yard boasting an impressive 30 per cent strike rate from more than 60 runs so far. A couple of those successes have come via Jungle Inthebungle, including on his turf debut at Beverley last time out.

He got things mostly falling just right from a perfect draw in stall one in that race, but he looked as if he might have been idling once in front and there should be further improvement in him. The Windsor Castle Stakes is wide open and, at decent double-figure racing odds, he looks a sure-fire contender to make it three wins in four starts.

The Tin Man to Win and Each Way @ 9/1 - BET NOW

As a fully subscribed member of the Harry Angel Fan Club, he is very hard to go against but it is impossible to get away from the fact that all four of his career defeats have come at this track. Over this stiff 6f he may just prove vulnerable late on and he is, reluctantly, passed over.

Instead, last year's winner The Tin Man is given the nod to run another big race at an each-way price. He returned to action with a really smooth and powerful win in a Listed race at Windsor last time out and has an impeccable record over this C&D on ground rated good / good-to-firm with three wins.

Trainer James Fanshawe had a glint in his eye after that Windsor win and Tom Queally also has a wonderful understanding with The Tin Man. Aidan O'Brien's Merchant Navy is a potential improver in here but The Tin Man - at Ascot - bears the standard.

Dreamfield to Win and Each Way @ 4/1 - BET NOW

The Wokingham Stakes is normally the sort of race that strikes fear into punters but we'll all be hoping John Gosden's excellent Royal Ascot continues with Dreamfield. He's been popular in the racing betting for this contest since winning a C&D handicap early last month.

In doing so he maintained his unbeaten record, readily overcoming an absence of 569 days that saw him miss all of the 2017 campaign. He looks destined for better things, with Group-race exploits surely in store for him before long.

As such, he's deemed likely to account for his handicapping rivals here despite going up 8lb for his win last time out. James Doyle has a 38 per cent strike rate for the Gosden yard this year and can enhance that by obliging punters.
