There are four race meetings on Tuesday and it's Flat action all the way, with two on the turf and two all-weather offerings.
Catterick (13:00-16:30, turf) gets things underway alongside Leicester (13:15-16:50) on the turf while Lingfield (14:10-17:40) and Southwell (17:20-20:20) provide the all-weather fare.
Tuesday's Horse Racing Predictions
Rhythmic Intent to win and each-way - BET NOW
The Stuart Williams-trained Rhythmic Intent was bagging a second win from four starts this season when scoring at Newbury (1m4½f, soft) in mid-August. That was his first attempt at a trip beyond a mile and a half and he won in the style of a horse that would have plenty more to offer.
Connections clearly felt similar, as he was strongly backed at Haydock last month ahead of the Old Borough Cup, going off second-favourite in the end. It didn't quite happen for him but he was far from disgraced in finishing fourth of 17 runners behind Euchen Glen under PJ McDonald.
From the same mark of 96, champion jockey Oisin Murphy returns in the saddle this afternoon and this six-runner affair is less demanding. The Lope De Vega colt will relish conditions underfoot and this drop back in distance shouldn't inconvenience him.
He's got excellent claims.
Miaella to win and each-way - BET NOW
Chelsea Banham's mare Miaella is in a fine vein of form and may be able to complete an all-weather hat-trick on her return to Lingfield.
The daughter of Captain Gerrard was campaigned over a variety of trip last year after joining this yard without success. She even tackled a maiden hurdle at Fakenham back in March.
Post-lockdown she was narrowly denied at Chelmsford over a mile before solid 7f runs at Wolverhampton and Leicester. It was at Dunstall Park in August that the maiden tag was shed, Joey Haynes' mount winning with something to spare. She showed excellent early speed at Chelmsford 10 days ago when following up, getting the lead and never seeing a rival as she won eased down.
Her latest hike in the ratings shouldn't prevent another success if she's in that same mood.
Mackelly to win and each-way - BET NOW
This Fibresand track is a unique test and form at Southwell is worth investing in. Mackelly could scarcely have been more impressive when scoring here over C&D in August for Shane Kelly and Richard Hughes.
He beat off Ben Lilly by more than four lengths and was value for more. The runner-up has recorded an impressive four-times on turf since, while the fifth home Tattenhams also scored on this next start.
Meanwhile, Mackelly finished second best at Chelmsford last month when unable to cope with conceding 9lb to main market rival Evaporust over 1m6f. Kelly returns in the saddle now from an unchanged mark of 57 and, back here and with scope for better at this distance, Mackelly should prove hard to beat.
