It's another afternoon of jumps fare in Britain on Tuesday with three meetings ahead of the evening's all-weather card.

Newcastle (13.00-16.52) gets the ball rolling alongside Warwick (13.50-17.50) and Fakenham (14.15-17.30) over the jumps, with Wolverhampton (17.10-20.10) completing the action.

Runasimi River to Win and Each Way - BET NOW

Neil Mulholland's mare Runasimi River delivered a superbly game performance to win at Plumpton (2m4½f, good to soft) 15 days ago and a 4lb rise may not be enough to stop her following up here.

She made just about all the running in that race and appeared to be coming under plenty of pressure in the final half-mile as the challengers ranged up for a go at her. Millie Wonnacott's partner was as a game as a pebble once the questions were popped and she fended them all off one-by-one.

It still looked as if she'd be left disappointed as Midnight Ginger joined her over the final flight but Runasimi River found extra on the flat and won going away at the line.

That was a continuation of good efforts previously at Doncaster and Wetherby since the turn of the year and she really seemed to enjoy herself on the front end in gaining a sixth hurdles victory in 18 starts. Ben Jones takes riding duties here and another pacesetting run can be rewarded.

Gold Clermont to Win and Each Way - BET NOW

Gold Clermont can count herself unfortunate to have bumped into a revitalised rival in The Ogle Gogle Man at Ayr (3m½f, heavy) this month, with Tom Lacey's mare just edged out in a sustained scrap after the front two pulled right away from the field.

The winner has been resurgent of late, scoring prior to that run at Sedgefield and only just getting touched off back there last week from 8lb higher, so that Ayr run can probably be marked up.

It was also a first attempt beyond two-miles for Gold Clermont and the stamina test really brought improvement in her. She's lightly-raced and has had just two starts in handicaps. There's another two-furlongs to contend with now and she's been put up 7lb for that near miss in Scotland 17 days ago, but that could prove lenient. The unexposed five-year-old can account for last-time-out Plumpton winner Everything For You.

Wudashudacuda to Win and Each Way - BET NOW

Connections will likely have felt Wudashudacuda was aptly-named following his defeat at Lingfield 11 days ago.

The Awtaad colt was making just his second start in a handicap and was well-backed into 7/2 favouritism. Jack Mitchell's mount was slow getting out of the gates (tends to be) and was settled in the rear for that 6f contest.

However, he appeared to be full of running as they exited the home bend, looking to plot his path between rivals only to be promptly snatched up as he got up a head of steam. His chance was all but gone in an instant.

The signs were there, however, that a mark of 68 may be exploitable. Rossa Ryan, a man in form recently, takes over in the saddle now and it will be interesting to see if the money arrives a second time for this unexposed three-year-old. Compensation could be forthcoming if it does.
