There is an eight-race card at Ripon on Wednesday afternoon with action at Yorkshire's Garden Racecourse from midday through until 15.40.
The handicaps look very competitive and our experts have picked out some fancies in Wednesday's Ripon Predictions.
Dandizette to win and each-way - BET NOW
This Dandy Man filly has ground to make up on Infinite Grace (second) and My Kinda Day (fourth) from their recent meeting at Redcar but she might be able to get much closer now.
She was hampered at a crucial stage in that race 17 days ago and might well have got close to those rivals had that not been the case. She's got a nice tug at the weight today and will also benefit from Thore Hammer Hansen taking off 5lb in the saddle.
Dandizette has form here at Ripon, finishing second behind the aforementioned Infinite Grace on previous visit last season and, like many of these three-year-old's, it's likely we haven't seen the best of her just yet. She's forecast to be a big price and may well outrun her odds.
Lismore to win and each-way - BET NOW
The Mark Johnston-trained Justified is likely going to prove popular here having won last time out at Hamilton. He's got more progress in him but does carry a 6lb penalty and so can be taken on.
The filly Lismore is given a decent shout back on turf after a pleasing run at Wolverhampton on Friday. Sir Mark Prescott's charge was third there, behind two promising looking colts, and can build on that now.
She wears first-time cheekpieces now and both of her recent runs on the all-weather have left the impression she will find a way into the winners' enclosure sooner rather than later.
Benadalid to win and each-way - BET NOW
Trainer Chris Fairhurst brings Benadalid back to Ripon unsurprisingly after this latest course win 18 days ago. He has won three times in six starts at the Garden Racecourse, two of those successes coming over this trip.
He scored last time off a mark of 80 and did so readily, looking value for more than the one-length margin he recorded at the line.
He has gone up 4lb for that win and in truth that does not appear overly harsh. He's only 1lb higher than his previous best win-mark and he has gone close from higher marks than this one in the past.
Dark Jedi and top-weight Sameem are major factors too in an eight-runner line-up where you wouldn't write anything off, but the selections' fondness for Ripon counts for plenty.
