Super League giants Wigan are the favourites to pick up the two points, with the Warriors available at 1/6 to claim their second victory of the season.
Toronto are the underdogs ahead of their trip to Lancashire, with the Wolfpack at 4/1 to cause a major upset at the DW. A draw between the pair is available at 25/1.

Toronto will head to Wigan without marquee signing Sonny Bill Williams as the New Zealander has travelled back to his homeland for the birth of his fourth child.
As for the Warriors, prop Joe Bullock could be set to make his first appearance since suffering knee ligament damage back in July.
Head coach Adrian Lam has hinted the former Barrow forward could be given an opportunity to impress on Thursday night.
Meanwhile, fellow Wigan prop George Burgess faces a race against time as he is struggling with a hip injury that ruled him out of the 16-12 defeat at Castleford Tigers last time out.
Sam Powell was another noticeable absentee from that defeat in West Yorkshire and the hooker is waiting for clearance from a specialist after a knock to the head.

Toronto looked impressive as they attempted to stage a second-half comeback against last season's Grand Finalists Salford Red Devils last time out.
Ultimately they fell short in the 24-16 defeat but the signs are there that the Wolfpack are not in the Super League to make up the numbers this season.
However, the loss of Williams will be a blow to head coach Brian McDermott, who has enjoyed some thrilling encounters with Wigan over the years during his successful time with the Leeds Rhinos.
The start of the Super League season often throws up some surprise results as teams try to settle into their rhythm.
But that looks unlikely to happen on Thursday night and the Warriors in the handicap market with a -14 start look to be good value.
