Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Indianapolis Colts to win – Bet Now
The Jacksonville Jaguars go into a home game versus the Indianapolis Colts as the underdog. Jacksonville are coming off a 28-22 loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 1.
The Colts tied the Houston Texans in Week 1 by a score of 20-20. Indianapolis were down 20-3 going into the fourth quarter. Matt Ryan led Indy to 17 unanswered points. Overtime couldn’t settle matters and the game ended tied at 20-20.
Ryan was excellent against the Texans. He threw for 352 yards and one touchdown. Indianapolis went 9-8 last season. They had a 5-3 road record and a 3-3 record against the AFC South.
Jacksonville were 3-14 in the regular season in 2021. All three wins came at home. The Jags won just once against teams in the AFC South. Jacksonville’s one AFC South victory was against the Colts 26-11.
The Colts should start quicker than in Week 1. Ryan played well versus the Texans. The quarterback should lead Indy to a win away as Jacksonville’s troubles continue.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints
Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win – Bet Now
Tampa Bay will visit New Orleans in a massive NFC South matchup. This is arguably the biggest game of NFL Week 2. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 19-3 to open the season. Tom Brady threw for 212 yards and one touchdown.
The New Orleans Saints came from behind to defeat the Atlanta Falcons 27-26. Jameis Winston threw for 269 yards and two touchdowns.
The Saints went into the fourth quarter trailing 23-10, but Winston came to life to lead the team to a 17-point fourth quarter.
The Saints won three of the last five games against the Bucs. New Orleans won 9-0 in Tampa Bay a season ago. The reverse game in New Orleans ended in a 36-17 win for the Saints.
New Orleans leads the all-time head-to-head record versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with 39 wins and 22 losses. There is a trend to back the home team in the NFL. However, Tampa Bay look strong. The Saints needed an almighty comeback to defeat Atlanta. Our betting tips prediction is to back Brady and the Bucs.
Seattle Seahawks @ San Francisco 49ers
Seattle Seahawks to win – Bet Now
It is an NFC West showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers were upset by the Chicago Bears in Week 1 by a score of 19-10. The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos 17-16. Both games were close and set up an exciting Week 2 match-up.
Geno Smith threw two touchdowns a week ago for the Seahawks. Smith’s ability to lead the Seahawks after Russell Wilson’s trade to the Broncos was scrutinised in the offseason. He looked strong in Week 1. Can he win a second straight game?
San Francisco need a better performance from quarterback Trey Lance. He threw one interception against the Bears, zero touchdowns, racked up a mere 164 yards passing.
The 49ers' run game was nonexistent in Week 1. Lance led the team in rushing with 54 yards. The 49ers’ offence has to do better in Week 2. Seattle’s running game also needs to play better. Rashaad Penny ran for 60 yards to lead the team versus the Broncos.
The Seahawks have won the last four games against the 49ers. Our betting tips prediction is to go against conventional thinking once more. The Seattle Seahawks should win in San Francisco.
New York Jets @ Cleveland Browns
Cleveland Browns to win – Bet Now
The Cleveland Browns held off the Carolina Panthers in Week 1 to win 26-24. Jacoby Brissett, who is keeping the quarterback position warm for the suspended Dashaun Watson, three for 147 yards and a touchdown. Running back Nick Chubb racked up 141 yards on 22 rushes.
The New York Jets lost to the Baltimore Ravens 24-9. It was another poor start to an NFL season for the Jets; however, there was some promise. Quarterback Joe Flacco threw for 309 yards and one touchdown. However, the defence gave up three touchdown passes to Lamar Jackson.
Cleveland’s defensive pass rush should make life difficult for Flacco. Turnovers could be the topic of the day for the Jets. Chubb should have another strong day even if Brissett struggles passing the ball.
The Jets were just 1-7 away from home in 2021. The Browns were 6-3 at home. This is Cleveland’s game to win. The New York Jets will likely struggle once more this season and finish last in the AFC East. The Jets have not had a winning season since 2015 and haven’t made the playoffs since 2010. Our betting tips prediction is for the Browns to win.

The Texans tied the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1. The game finished 20-20 after Indianapolis scored 17 unanswered fourth-quarter points to force overtime. Neither team could find points in the extra period, however.
There are heavy expectations that the Broncos will be much better in NFL Week 2. Wilson threw for 340 yards against Seattle but only for one touchdown. The running game wasn’t great with just 103 total yards. Two goal-line fumbles killed potential scoring drives for the Broncos.
