Sri Lanka v Pakistan Tips

Ray Corniche - 15:08, 28th August 2014

It’s been a mixed summer for Sri Lanka so far with the 1-0 test series win in England followed up by a 1-0 loss on home soil to South Africa last month. That defeat saw Sri Lanka slip to sixth in the ICC Test Championship but they bounced back with a 2-0 win in the test series against Pakistan. Tom Powell landed a 15/8 winner in the first test as Sri Lanka win and now it's time for the shorter form of the game with three ODI matches scheduled and Tom will be on hand with his best bets from all matches in the series…

The third ODI takes place in Dambulla and Tom Powell has a 5/4 best bet...

Sri Lanka v Pakistan 3rd ODI (Sat, 05:30)

Pakistan to win @ 5/4 - BET NOW

There's very little to choose between these sides so I'd be happy to back Pakistan at 5/4 to retake the lead in this one day series.

Pakistan won the first ODI by four wickets on the Duckworth Lewis method before Sri Lanka won the asecond ODI by 77 runs. Pakistan are just two places behind their opponents in the ODI rankings and they have the batting talent of Misbah Ul-Huq who is up to ninth in the ODI batting rankings while Saeed Ajmal remains top of the ODI bowling rankings. At 8/11 Sri Lanka look too short a price so back the tourists.
