The Buffalo Bills started the NFL season with an emphatic 31-10 win against reigning Super Bowl champions, the Los Angeles Rams, in Week 1. Now, the Bills will welcome AFC rival, the Tennessee Titans to Highmark Stadium for NFL Week 2.

The Tennessee Titans are coming off a shock 21-20 loss to the New York Giants. It was a defeat against one of the NFL’s weakest teams this season. Ryan Tannehill threw for 266 yards and two touchdowns, yet the Titans' defence couldn’t prevent the Giants from scoring.

Tennessee led New York 13-0 at halftime, but the Giants battled back, outscoring the Titans 21-7 in the second half. It is difficult to understand how the Titans lost the game.

Buffalo’s defence starred in Los Angeles. Although Josh Allen threw two interceptions, the Bills' defence picked off Rams quarterback Matt Stafford three times. Bills head coach Sean McDermott needs to get the running game going. Buffalo’s running backs ran for just 65 yards versus the Rams.

The Titans have played well historically against the Bills in Buffalo. Three of the last four games between these teams in Buffalo ended as a win for the Titans.

Tennesse play well against Buffalo. However, the Bills’ defence was brilliant in Week 1 against the Rams. Buffalo should get to Tannehill in this game. If Tennesse cannot get the running game going to augment the passing game, it could be a long night in Buffalo.

Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills Predictions

Outcome of the first drive: Buffalo Bills touchdown @ 4/1

The Buffalo Bills are the bookies’ favourite to win the Super Bowl. In Week 1, the team played as the favourite and nothing should change against the Titans. Highmark Stadium will have an incredible atmosphere for the first home game of the season. The backing of the fans should help Buffalo score a touchdown on the first drive. The Bills' offence should get plenty of time on the field and end their poor run of results against Tennessee.

Multi-touchdown scorer: Stefon Diggs two or more touchdowns @ 7/1

Stefon Diggs is Josh Allen’s favourite passing target. Diggs scored a receiving touchdown in Week 1 and will be a target again this weekend. Diggs scored 10 receiving touchdowns last season. It was a career-high for the wide receiver. Our betting tips prediction is for Allen to target Diggs multiple times for touchdowns this weekend. Diggs could score two or more touchdowns versus the Titans. In Week 1, Diggs made eight catches for a total of 122 yards. Allen will throw to Diggs and test the Titans’ defensive backs.

Moneyline: Buffalo Bills @ 1/5

The Bills are heavy favourites in the money line betting. Buffalo should post a win at the end of regulation. The difference between these teams in Week 1 was obvious. The Bills smashed the reigning Super Bowl champions, while the Titans lost to a weak NFC team. Our betting tips prediction is for Buffalo to improve to 2-0 with a win against Tennessee. Buffalo may struggle in head-to-head games with the Titans, but this game will end in a win for the Bills. The Bills' defence should play well once again in what could be another blowout win.
